Positive: Good breakfast, Nice view from the room. Free parking. They had a sauna and gym, but I didn't stay long enough to use them. Good location. Very central.

Negative: When booking with a dog, be careful because you will have to eat at the reception waiting room table. It feels like you're being punished for having a dog. Super uncozy. You get looked at by everyone who enters or leaves the hotel. Meanwhile, "normal" guests get to eat in a very comfortable and nice dining room. I've not been embarrassed like this before in any hotel. The entire building looked old. Needs an update. Window locks were broken or hanging loose, the elevator was not exactly a new model either. Lastly, I'm hesitant to mention it, but the contact with the reception staff felt off. They did their best to be polite and friendly but it didn't feel very welcoming. Might have been a coincidence maybe.

Summary: When passing through, it's a good sleeping stop. Nothing more.

Positive: It’s right in Roskilde. Breakfast buffet was great.

Negative: We booked for two adults and two kids. We arrived late and the parking lot was super busy. We got the last spot. So prepare to park elsewhere if everything is full. We arrived in our room and sadly only one bed was made for the kids. We had to prep the second bed ourselves. That was a bummer that late at night. Otherwise everything was fine.

Positive: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is cozy, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. I felt comfortable during my stay and would definitely come back.

Negative: The pillows were not very comfortable. Also, just a small advice: if a guest makes a mistake, it would be better to mention it privately rather than saying it out loud in front of everyone.
